How NOORINOOH LLC collects, uses and protects personal information. This page is not legal advice.
NOORINOOH LLC is a limited liability company (LLC) based in the United States. This site presents our activity and may also be used to sell products, including to customers in France and the European Union.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is not legal advice.

We collect what you send us. On the contact form: name, email address, company or organisation (if you give it), the domain you select, and your message. On the careers form: name, email address, an optional letter, and the CV you attach (PDF, DOC or DOCX).
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the content of that exchange, including any phone number or other details you choose to share.
Technical data may also be recorded by our hosting provider in the ordinary course of running a website: for example an IP address, browser type, date and time, and the pages requested. We do not use this for advertising or audience measurement.
We use this information to reply to you, to handle an application, to run and secure the site, to perform a contract or take steps at your request before a contract (including an order), and to meet legal obligations.
We do not use your data to send marketing newsletters, and we do not build advertising profiles.
If you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to how we process your personal data. NOORINOOH LLC is the controller.
Depending on the case, we rely on: legitimate interest (replying to a message, keeping the site secure); consent (when you write to us of your own accord); steps toward or performance of a contract (a business enquiry or an order); and, where relevant, a legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf so the site can function: hosting; a form-delivery service (FormSubmit) that forwards contact and careers submissions to our inboxes; and ordinary email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and browser information as a result. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the company, our users or others.
This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, if any. There are no marketing cookies and no audience-measurement cookies. That is why there is no consent banner.
We do not currently change our practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals, because we do not use tracking cookies.
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request, then we delete them, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
We keep applications for as long as needed to consider them for recruitment, then we delete them, unless the law requires otherwise or you ask us to keep your file.
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Write to contact@noorinooh.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act.
If you are in the EU, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR: restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). These rights are not absolute; the law sets limits.
We will not treat you less favourably for exercising a privacy right.
Data is processed by a company based in the United States. If you visit or write to us from the European Union, your information is transferred outside the EU, to the United States.
That transfer is necessary for us to reply, to consider an application, or to perform a contract with you. We keep only what we need for those purposes.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If California law gives you additional rights over your personal information, you may exercise them by writing to contact@noorinooh.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change. Please check back if you return to the site.
