This is a company site. It presents our activity — including consulting, ecommerce, an AI agency, investment and our humanitarian commitment (Uman) — and it may also be used to sell products. Information published here is general; it is not professional, financial or legal advice.
You may browse, read, and contact us for lawful purposes. You must not: use the site for anything unlawful; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems; overload, scrape or disrupt the site; introduce malware; impersonate us or anyone else; or copy the site for commercial use without our written permission.
Site content — text, images, logo, trademarks and layout — belongs to NOORINOOH LLC or its licensors. It is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, represent or distribute it, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, except for what the law already allows (for example a short quotation).
If you send a contact message or a job application, you remain responsible for what you send. Do not include information you are not entitled to share. We may use the content as needed to reply or to consider your application. Sending a message does not create a contract or a hiring relationship.
If a purchase is made through this site or following an exchange on it, the following sales terms apply to that purchase.
Prices are those indicated at the time of the order, in the currency shown. A contract is formed when we accept the order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot complete the sale lawfully.
Payment and delivery details, if any, will be stated at the time of the offer or in our confirmation. We do not describe a specific payment provider on this page because that depends on how the sale is organised.
If you are a consumer in the European Union and you buy from us at a distance, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as required by EU consumer law. You do not have to give a reason.
The period generally runs from the day you receive the goods (or from the day the contract is concluded, for a service). To exercise the right, send a clear statement to contact@noorinooh.com before the period expires. We will then tell you how to return the goods, where return applies.
Some contracts are excluded by law (for example goods made to your specifications, unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, or digital content supplied with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal). Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
Business-to-business sales may follow different rules, which we will confirm in writing if that is the case.
The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, without warranting that it is error-free, complete, or uninterrupted. Content may change without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, NOORINOOH LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, or from the inability to use it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where the customer lives.
We may update these terms. The date below will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms, as far as the law allows.
